Because items are printed to order, we cannot guarantee returns for size changes, preference changes, or accidental orders once production has started.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact support@og8.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We can only make changes before production begins.
