Shipping policy.

Most items are made after the order is placed. Production usually takes 5-7 working days before dispatch.

During busy periods, new drops, or supplier delays, production can take longer. We will help if an order looks unusually delayed.

Shipping is added at checkout. Delivery times depend on destination, courier capacity, customs processing, and the item ordered.

Tracking is sent by email when the order dispatches.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges. These are not controlled by OG8.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address mistake, contact support@og8.co.uk as quickly as possible with your order number.
